I instituted processes and structure for greater efficiency, designed service models for programs at scale and managed and mentored a team of 3 service designers.
Designed evidence-based programs that improved health education outcomes, decreased information overload at critical junctions for patients and caregivers, and easy knowledge delivery for nurses. I conducted user research, shaped the user experience, and created solutions that helped patients and caregivers get access to benefits by the government health system.
